We haven't had ships in to port for 4 days which is a good thing considering this freaky rain we have been having for the last 3 days. Finally the marinas are open and the spider lines and anchors are down so boats can go out today. There are a few parasailers and charter boats out today.
We haven't seen any sun but hey, at least it's not raining like yesterday. Seems as though we got about 3 inches of good needed rain from Storm Erika. Just yesterday I spotted the 1st small papaya growing on one of trees! Yeah! I think the rain helped that come out and grow to the size of about a small plum. I can't wait to see it grow more.
Today I am just working and enjoying the gray skies and cooler windy weather.
